Overview

The Special Products Administrator III is responsible for supporting the review, evaluation, and processing of a variety of specialized loan-related requests in accordance with investor, client, and departmental guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate requests regarding Special Products functions while following required investor and/or client procedures.
  • Obtain and review information needed to process subordinations, easements, partial releases, assumptions, ARMs, buydowns, balloons, and other requests pertaining to the Special Products area.
  • Manage department inboxes; delegate or respond to internal/external clients and/or borrowers regarding Special Products requests.
  • Assist with escalations and ad-hoc special products requests.
  • Accurately handle manual calculations (ARMs and HELOCs).
  • Ensure task quality is maintained, and department procedures are followed.
  • Assist Special Products Administrator I and II.
  • Assist with training new and existing team members.
  • Complete tasks within required timeframes and standards.
  • All other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of mortgage servicing experience with emphasis on special loans preferred. › Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Displays leadership qualities.
  • Able to work independently and multitask while maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Ability to adapt to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

 

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ICE mortgage servicing systems.
  • Knowledge of HELOC, SCRA, or Special Loans workstations.

 Compensation Range: $20.43 - $34.28 per hour. Actual compensation may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills and experience.
