Responsibilities

  • Prepare and test letters; test sample with business operation prior to production; begin letter production after testing.
  • Act as liaison for business areas to develop new letters and address letter production issues.
  • Work with business areas and/or print vendors on letter production issues.
  • Provide weekly status report and month-end accomplishments on pending letters to manager.
  • Create and maintain letter library with version control on the SharePoint site and Messagepoint, including a redacted version of all active letters.
  • Review/audit print vendor invoices prior to submitting to manager.
  • Review daily letter production to balance total letters generated to total letters ordered.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of MSP Servicing System.
  • Strong PC experience, including Adobe Professional, Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and technical written communication skills.
  • Precise attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to complete assignments under tight daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
  • Ability to grasp concepts quickly, make sound decisions, and promptly resolve issues.
  • Self-motivated and organized; ability to work independently with minimal direction and effectively meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers in a team environment to attain common goals.
  • Ability to work with all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. 

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of letter librarian experience (preferably within mortgage servicing or mortgage banking).  

About Remote Employment 

We provide the necessary equipment; all you need is a quiet, private place in your home and a highspeed internet connection with a minimum network download speed of 25 megabits per second (MBPS) and a minimum network upload speed of 10 MBPS.

Compensation Range: $17.88- $26.73 hourly. Actual compensation may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills and experience.

Work Conditions

Able to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Overtime required as necessary.

 

Physical Demands  

  • Sitting up to 90% of the time
  • Walking and standing up to 10% of the time
  • Occasional lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
