Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Recruiting Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative recruiting strategies that attract top-tier talent, enhance our employer brand, and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making, while fostering a diverse and inclusive hiring environment. As a key partner to senior leadership, the Recruiting Manager will ensure alignment between hiring practices and business objectives, driving excellence across all recruitment operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a recruiting team in developing and implementing LoanCare’s multi-state talent acquisition strategy, emphasizing proactive candidate engagement to attract and retain a diverse pipeline of qualified talent across all roles.
• Cultivate deep expertise in LoanCare’s business operations, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in talent acquisition to inform strategic recruiting decisions.
• Elevate LoanCare’s employer brand by driving engagement across recruiting platforms, hosting targeted hiring events, and partnering with local employment assistance agencies—positioning the company as a leading “Employer of Choice” in key markets
• Partner with our senior leaders to continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of talent acquisition programs and initiatives.
• Champion a shift from requisition-based hiring to a skills- and experience-driven recruitment model, ensuring optimal candidate selection. Advance workplace diversity by embedding inclusive practices into recruitment strategies and outreach efforts.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, fostering growth and accountability.
• Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and accountability metrics for the recruiting team to ensure consistent engagement, high productivity, and alignment with organizational hiring goals. Regularly monitor recruiter performance, provide actionable feedback, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven coaching and development.
• Oversee all vendor and agency partnerships, including contract management, evaluation of performance, and negotiation of terms to ensure alignment with organizational goals and budget.
• Develop data analytics to identify trends, address challenges, and drive informed, strategic decision-making across recruitment operations.
• Optimized the use of iCIMS by leveraging advanced features and functionalities to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and overall impact of LoanCare’s recruiting program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting with 3+ years recruiting for a high-volume call center.
• 2+ years of previous leadership in a recruiting function.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high performing team to achieve extraordinary results in a dynamic organization.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and personnel policies at both federal and state levels
• Expertise in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, job analysis, compensation trends, and candidate relationship management.
• Proficient in leveraging social media platforms and job boards for strategic talent sourcing.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and other common business software applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Extensive hands-on experience with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS), leveraging its advanced functionality to enhance the effectiveness and reach of LoanCare’s recruiting strategy. • Ability to manage recruiting budgets and negotiate effectively across a wide range of roles and levels.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and professional presence, capable of engaging across all levels of the organization.

 

Desired Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in mortgage servicing or financial services industry recruiting is highly desirable.
• SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certifications are highly preferred.

 

About Remote Employment

Work Conditions 

Able to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Overtime required as necessary.
