Overview

We are seeking to fill the role of Senior Sales Administrator. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating  with clients, industry partners and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners. .

Responsibilities

• Assist Chief Revenue Officer and the National Sales Executives with the day-to-day execution of sales, new lead generation, marketing and reporting initiatives, and building internal cross-functional relationships.
• Responsible for managing reporting, developing lead sources and building internal cross-functional relationships.
• Work with all Sales Executives to provide day-to-day support of sales cycle activities.
• Manage/assist in the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and client-specific marketing information.
• Support the sales team with Sales Force/Microsoft Dynamics administration and implementation of new functionality.
• Develop proficiency in LoanCare’s client/borrower-facing technology and serve as subject matter expert.
• Work with sales team to present/demonstrate technology via Microsoft Teams.
• Work closely with sales team to develop/update PowerPoint presentations.
• Prepare and coordinate prospective client due diligence visits, including setting up agenda and scheduling department leads for on-site meetings.
• Help develop collateral material for all LoanCare product offerings.
• Coordinate/monitor RFP questionnaire information-gathering from department leads.
• Work closely with sales team to conduct research and identify prospect client opportunities.
• Work closely with Marketing Department on coordinating industry conferences.
• Coordinate with sales team on organizing prospects in SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Assist with conceptual data integration/integrity across systems to support sales team reporting.
• Lead in improving the overall reporting infrastructure as needed.
• Lead in gathering report requirements and documents for development.
• Lead in identifying areas for reporting improvements.
• Provide support for conferences and sales meetings, on-site, as required.
• All other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field or a combination of equivalent work experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities preferred
• Five plus years of sales/client relationship management required (preferably within mortgage servicing or other financial services industries)
• Knowledge or experience in mortgage banking or financial services industry preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, etc.) and other presentation/documentation tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a keen eye for detail
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to develop working relationships at multiple levels of the organization
• Ability to handle change and ambiguity
• Ability to be self-directed/motivated and work at a focused/continuous pace
• Ability to travel a minimum of 10% throughout the year

 

 

 

About Remote Employment

Work Conditions 

Able to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Overtime required as necessary.
