Overview

We are seeking to fill the role of Transfer Administration Supervisor – Remote. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with clients, industry partners and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, mentor and develop teams responsible for administration support activities as it relates to loan boarding and offboarding, ensuring procedures are followed, standards are met, and operational issues are addressed effectively and efficiently
• Supervise production, quality assurance and delivery of all transfer related letters
• Support wire transfer process for inbound and outbound transfers
• Supervise responses to QA, QC, audit, and exam requests. Ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Oversee implementation of changes needed as the result of Compliance, Regulatory or Legal Changes
• Complete and deliver performance reviews
• Measure and report on employee performance and work output
• Serve as escalation point of contact for issues related to areas of responsibility
• Participate in Client meetings, virtually and in-person when necessary
• Ensure that department meets/exceeds established metrics and SLA standards
• Oversee vendors ensuring reviews for timeliness and accuracy are performed
• Develop/maintain policies and procedures, including ensuring timely updates are completed.
• Train or coordinate training of existing and new staff as needed
• Implement compliance and regulatory changes timely, efficiently, and effectively
• Develop/update/maintain tools needed by team members to facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of loans
• Establish escalation and client response protocols and ensure compliance by all team members
• Maintain and improve knowledge of LoanCare mortgage products, line of business requirements and related field content/definitions in the servicing platform to facilitate servicing transfers effectively

• Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement, develop and present solutions to management and lead initiatives to implement
• Oversee development and maintenance of department reporting needs
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing and/or loan transfer or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience with Black Knight’s MSP system
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Access, and Word) required
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent client relations and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle client escalations in a professional manner
• Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented
• Ability to coach/train and mentor department staff successfully
• Ability to communicate professionally/effectively in writing, in person, and virtually with all levels within the organization and external clients/third parties
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers, company managers, and customers to attain common goals

 

 

About Remote Employment

Work Conditions 

Able to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Overtime required as necessary.
