We are seeking to fill the role of Division Senior Vice President Default Administration. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with clients, industry partners and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 15+ years of mortgage servicing experience with a significant degree of technical knowledge with investor/insurer guidelines and compliance.
• 10+ years of management experience in a mortgage servicing environment.
• Ability to analyze trends, data, and rapidly changing circumstances to formulate, recommend and implement appropriate strategic and tactical changes to enhance production and customer satisfaction.
• Leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, train, coach, evaluate performance and lead a diverse and multi-functional staff in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively, both verbally and in writing and to make presentations before diverse audiences and to all levels of management and employees, both internally and externally; ability to achieve consensus and win-win situations.
• Considerable knowledge about workflow processes, staffing and operational costs related to production operations.
• Ability to deal with clients, vendors, investors, and insurers with both integrity and assertiveness.
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills, ability to structure a negation that serves the best interest of LoanCare.
• Detail oriented and ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent, analytical, problem solving, research, interpretive, and decision-making skills.
• High sense of urgency and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Analytical ability to evaluate functional operations, determine results and prepare status reports for higher levels of management.
• Accounting skills to monitor collections of accounts receivable, prepare profitability analyses, financial reports, pricing strategies and annual budgets.
• Ability to take initiative and work under minimal supervision.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
• Knowledge of Black Knight systems.
