Overview

We are seeking to fill the role of Senior Year End Coordinator. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with clients, industry partners and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct the year-end project plan and ensure all time frames are met.
• Administer and monitor the maintenance and accuracy of year-end reconciliation reports.
• Provide year end process and vendor updates to management.
• Track progress, quality, and schedules for various phases of the year-end process to ensure compliance with overall goals/objectives.
• Collaborate with supervisors/managers to review issues identified during the year-end process.
• Provide progress reports to department managers on the year-end project plan; escalate as needed to Information Services and executive leadership.
• Perform ongoing risk management throughout project life cycle to minimize project risks; assist with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed.
• Develop a working knowledge of IRS and GSE requirements for year-end reporting.
• Meet with operational areas to inform of updates to year-end reporting responsibilities.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise and execute contingency plans.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of year-end reporting experience.
• Advanced project management skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint,and time-tracking tools.
• Strong industry and agency (GNMA, FNMA, FHLMC) knowledge.
• Strong ability to communicate professionally and effectively in writing, in person, and by telephone with all levels of the organization and external clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers, company managers, and customers in a teamenvironment to attain common goals
• Ability to build consensus; ability to influence others and negotiate compromise.
• Ability to manage, direct, and deliver multiple projects on time, according to plan, and within budget.

• Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, and research/resolve issues in a prompt and effective manner. 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively meet deadlines. 
 
Desired Skills and Qualifications 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in a prior year-end function (preferably within the mortgage serving or mortgage banking industry.

ABOUT REMOTE WORK


We provide the necessary equipment; all you need is a quiet, private place in your home and a highspeed internet connection with a minimum network download speed of 25 megabits per second (MBPS) and a minimum network upload speed of 10 MBPS.
