We are seeking to fill the role of Business Systems Analyst. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with clients, industry partners and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners.
• Analyze system usage and provide management with recommendations for best practices
• Assist operations with implementation of new enhancements to the core servicing system
• Maintain security templates for core servicing system, including periodic reviews
• Provide escalated technical support to the user base of the servicing system
• Develop business requirements for scripting automation
• Research enhancement packages for core servicing system to determine which best meet company needs
• Troubleshoot and correct systems issues as needed
• Assist with product evaluations and new products/technologies
• Provide liaison support with vendors and the business as needed
• Communicate upgrades, downtime, and issues to the users
• All other duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent technical leadership skills and the ability to organize and motivate others
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, and research and resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Desired Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of technical work experience within the mortgage servicing or mortgage banking industry preferred
• Experience in Black Knight MSP servicing system or other mortgage software preferred
